Arthur Apostolos and his siblings grew up in and around the California Café, a Fortitude Valley landmark. Operated by his parents George and Eleni for almost four decades, it was famous for its legendary breakfasts, mixed grills, laminex tables and the assorted characters who frequented it.
The meeting will conclude with a special pre-Christmas afternoon tea.
