David Jones was born and raised in Brisbane, where he gained a life-long interest in shipping, observing and photographing vessels on the river.
He has written or helped write ten books on maritime history and is a regular volunteer at the Queensland Maritime Museum’s library at Southbank.
David brings a unique insight into the New Farm peninsula’s long association with the Brisbane River
