Notice is given that a Special General Meeting of New Farm and Districts Historical Society Inc. (the Society) will be held on:

BUSINESS OF THE MEETING
To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution as a SPECIAL RESOLUTION:
“That, under rule 43 of the Society’s constitution registered on 15 April 2005, the Society’s existing constitution be repealed and replaced in full by the constitution attached to this notice, with effect from the date the new constitution is registered by the Office of Fair Trading.”
