You may have noticed standing at the back of the hall at each public meeting a gentleman with a tripod and a camera.
That would be Austin Adams – taking the monthly video recording of the talk to be edited and preserved for us on Vimeo.

Austin grew up in Adelaide and Singapore and has written about his childhood in post-war Singapore and in Victorian Adelaide, as well as of his life afterwards.
His book is a short Memoir which will be available at the next few public meetings. The cover photo of the book is of the house in Singapore in which Austin grew up, the Principal’s house at St Andrew’s School, Singapore. It’s painted in camouflage paint in what turned out to be a futile attempt to stave off the Japanese invasion of Singapore.
